- Branding and identity packages
- Marketing strategy development
- Social media management and content creation
- Book cover designs and promotional materials
Why We Maintain This Policy
- Customization: Our services are tailored specifically to your requirements and cannot be resold or repurposed.
- Digital Deliverables: Most products are provided in non-tangible digital formats, making them ineligible for return.
- Collaboration: Our process involves ongoing communication and approval stages to ensure final satisfaction.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure project success, we require that clients:
- Provide clear, detailed project instructions.
- Respond promptly to feedback requests.
- Review all drafts and proofs thoroughly before final approval.
Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with a final deliverable, please contact us at beth@chrysanthemumbookish.com within 5 business days of completion. While refunds are not available, we will work with you to address concerns and provide reasonable revisions as outlined in your agreement.
